Reiki
You are invited to lie comfortably on the massage table and enjoy this 100 year-old Japanese energy healing practice. I intuitively scan your body, incorporating chakra work, crystals, energetic clearing techniques, etheric cord cutting, and pendulum as appropriate. A few minutes are reserved at the end of the session to discuss your experience if you feel so moved, with recommendations and interpretations if desired. Reiki may be combined with Sound Healing for an integrative approach.

Sound Healing
Relax and listen to improvisational chant, singing bowls, gong, bells, and frame drum. For those who struggle to relax into a meditative state or have an overactive mind, this style of chant and sound meditation holds attention by bringing the listener back into the moment with each new note. This creates a space for mindfulness and deep peacefulness while long sustained phrases invite you to breathe deeply, reducing your heart rate. May be combined with Reiki for an integrative approach.

Holistic Living & Herbal Consultations
If you feel disconnected, unbalanced, sluggish, and chronically exhausted, you may benefit from a holistic consultation. Together we consider diet, lifestyle, and outside stressors that may be affecting your wellbeing. Carolyn walks you through strategies, lifestyle changes, and herbal protocols and teaches you how to make or purchase your own herbal remedies. Plans are created to work for you, your lifestyle, and budget.

Tuning Forks
NEW OFFERING (Fall 2024)
Tuning Forks are utilized for their sound resonance, either alone or in pairs and groups. Unweighted forks are struck and then held close to the ear or swept over the body. Relaxing on their own, when in pairs, they create overtones which affect brain waves and can alter one’s state of consciousness. Weighted forks have small metal discs attached to their tines, and though one can hear them when the forks are sounded, the forks are used primarily to guide vibrations into the body when the handle end is placed on bone or soft tissue.
